The capital and the most populated city of Tokhung, Mutsonobe was built on the stubborn backs of the stone, wood, and people who have flourished in the unforgiving territory. It is fortified against the harshest winters Tawakoshi knows and is centrally located to the mines further North. Its rooftops were painted cerulean blue so they would be noticeable from a distance when snow piles as thick and high as the walls surrounding it.
