To commemorate the accomplishments made in the last year and the new heights of prosperity Isra has achieved under her leadership, Empress Naoki has declared that there shall again be a festival of Yuletide!
The celebration will be held in Isra, The Free City, straddling Midwinter — The Solstice. It will begin on December 12th and run through the 29th. Characters are encouraged to attend celebrations in the designated subboard that will be put up on the 12th.
