Roleplay posts: 26
Age: 20
Physical Description: The rumor used to be that Hikari wasn't purely Tawakoshin, but both of her parents came from long lines of established lineage. The belief then became that she was touched by the blessing of the spirits. This was due entirely to the fact that she is tall for one of her people, standing at 5'6", and has brilliant blue eyes. More typical for her people are the shape of her features, the hue of her skin, and the inky blackness of her ankle-length hair. She has a delicate build that is reflected in her graceful movements.
--------------------------
Clothes and Equipment: Typically, Hikari wears priestess garb, consisting of a short-sleeved top and a pair of comfortable pants in a pale shade of blue that's almost white. These garments are edged with small silver discs that jingle slightly when she moves. A wrap in various shades of blue is often draped across her upper body and secured around her waist, and she wears blue slippers upon her feet. In addition to this attire, she wears a headdress, necklaces, and bracelets of either gold or silver (depending upon her mood and/or the occasion) and adorned with blue gemstones. She often has on her person a harp that she plays with great skill. Unique to her position as the High Priestess of the Wavewarden, she can 'hear' words within the ocean, and interprets this as the will of their patron deity.

The answer clearly delighted Hikari, who looked surprised at first, before her young face was dominated by a beaming grin.
"An imposition? Of course not, Warden-sama. Nothing would make us happier than to have you live among us, even temporarily. I must insist that you take my sleeping quarters as your own until such time as we can prepare appropriate accommodations for you."

Neva waved her hand dismissively at the Priestess's suggestion.
"Nonsense. I do not need a room, for I don't sleep, if I need to replenish my energy, I require the sea."
All true, not to mention she had nothing in the way of personal possessions that required storage of any sort.

"..Oh." Hikari looked slightly surprised by this, but then an expression of understanding crossed her face. It made sense - the Wavewarden wasn't human, or even mortal, and there was no reason to assume she'd need any of the same things mundane creatures did. After a moment though, she stood, and bowed to Neva.
"Very well then, Warden-sama. The Temple is yours to go where you wish and do as you like - please do not hesitate to ask for anything, and if it is within our power, we will see it done."

Age: Pretty Dang Old
Physical Description: Fol-lu has two forms, one which is his human form. In this form, he appears as an elegant looking man standing at an even 6’0’’ with long black hair. This is only his preferred mortal form, however, and he can take others if need be.
His draconic form is is that of an enormous feathered dragon, with a gleaming golden gem (the Dragon's Tear) embedded in his forehead, just between two golden eyes. The gem radiates with magical power, granted only to the Skywarden. The Skywarden's true form is roughly 200 feet long, and it is in this form that he is most powerful. He has the ability to decrease the size of this form at will.
---------------------------------------------------------
Clothes and Equipment: Fol-lu wears whatever is appropriate for the situation, whether that be a garb of silken finery or a set of comfortable traveling clothes. He also wears armor in battle at times, and commonly uses a polearm of legendary qualities. The weapon’s shaft is about as long as a short spear, except it is tipped with a long single edged blade that curves upwards at the tip for increased slashing power, this weapon is commonly referred to as a glaive. His weapon and armor can be summoned at will through the use of magic, since carrying around such things are an inconvenience one with power such as Fol-lu's does not have to deal with.

After entering the city, Fol-lu headed straight to the Temple of the Wavewarden, as it was here he hoped to find what he was looking for. He walked into the temple, tossing the hat he wore to the side and letting his dark hair flow freely as he looked around the temple.
His eyes would be drawn to the glass tanks about the halls, first of all, watching an orange fish with white stripes swim across the tank for a few idle moments before closing his eyes.
If Neva was nearby, he would be able to feel her presence if he concentrated on the task enough.

Neva had felt him as soon as he passed into the bay, and was standing at the altar in her human form as he strode through the doors. She suppressed any feelings of happiness at seeing him, recalling that they had not parted on good terms, but he had clearly come seeking her.
"Fol-lu, it has been a while."

Fol-lu would immediately look over to where Neva stood, his expression similarly unreadable. He wondered what she thinking at that very moment, but he couldn't really tell,
"Neva, it is good to see you," he said, simply. He would watch her closely then, waiting to see what her actual response to him turning up as he did now all of the sudden. He had not seen the wave warden in a very long time, but he did have a reason for coming to Quying, after all.

"It is good to see you too."
Neva continued to keep her tone neutral, but she was a tad glad he was here, she felt alone amongst all these strange humans. Even if they did worship her.
"What brings you to my Temple?"

"In truth, it is loneliness that has brought me here," he said finally, "I have been solitary, alone, for far too long."
Fol-lu seemed to grow a bit solemn then. Even with all the power he held he could not combat such a foe on his own, the feeling of loneliness. Even for normally solitary creatures such as dragons this grew to be a bit of a problem after a few thousand years of nothing.
Unlike the Wavewarden, Fol-lu did not even have all of those strange humans that seemed all too eager to worship Neva. No, for the most part the Skywarden stayed away from civilization... until now.

"You are welcome to seek solace here then. I don't know if I or anyone can provide the companionship you seek, but I can try. We are kin of a sort."
She stepped towards him hesitantly, before embracing him, in a friendly manner.
