The wharfs of Kilkannon are teeming with peddlers, thieves, merchants, and ships that are simply coming down the coast from a rest off the Marron Sea. With most of Frostborne's coast as jagged frozen fjords and cliffs, Kilkannon is the first honest reprieve before sailing down to Aramoor.
The dock workers here are snippy and snarky. With a wharf that's so damned busy, they don't have time for chit-chat or making niceties. They want to see your paperwork, all prepared and ready to go, and then they want you to go be on your way.
