Woooo Greenskins! Everything you posted looks alright to me, at least for initially getting the Greentide going. The only thing I'd add (that I think you've already hinted at anyway) is let's just keep it loose and be prepared to change our 'guidelines' as play unfolds. If something doesn't work in practice, we'll change it! No worries. I'm super excited about this!

Also I'd like to suggest the universally accepted currency of the Tide to be "Teef" because I really really love the idea of using teeth as a currency.
EDIT:
I made a symbol for my greenskin tribe! Its the Ork symbol, 'Bad', meaning "evil, wicked, strong, tough"... But three times so it sort of looks like a crown a little bit? SUBTLETY!
Seems like it would be easy for my greenskins to draw it with mud/muck/blood/whatever they have handy.

As a storm dragon, his hide and flesh can generate an electric charge passively when threatened, much like an eel, and can naturally and instantly release it upon being touched by a foreign organism or object.
As a human he takes the appearance of a man in the age range of forties to fifties, averagely built besides being a few inches taller than the average Joe and dressed in clean leather armor and worn blue cloths.
Clothes and Equipment: Two small leather pouches tucked under wings
He owns his father's ancestral unique magical scale mail. It is enchanted to break on impact and the shards return his body and reform into a different piece of armor until it is struck, then it repeats the steps.
A set of personal shoulder pads forged by Brock the forge master. It focuses the passive electricity in his hide into a beam of magic energy which blasts away targets.
Weaponry: Claws, Breath Attack (Lightning), and Bite
Treasure Hoarding: Minimal, mainly gems sometimes gold.
While as a human, he wields a magical long-sword, not much is known about his weapon, as he rarely uses it.
Allegiances: Isra (Loosely)
Player's online availability : US Central Time, Weekends: 8 AM to 11 PM, Weekdays: 6 AM to 9 PM

Better idea.
Since Orkz and viking dudes are teaming up, would it also make sense to pair up with my bandit group that already consists of goblins, kobolds, gnolls and the like?

I'm trying to get worked out what my little tribe will be like. I'm thinking of making them swamp-dwellers, because Orks covered in mud and black tar seem like they'd be happy Orks. Also I envision their swamp/wetland area being somewhat close to the coast so it could potentially have an outlet to the open ocean.
Shitty, ramshackle boats held together with swamp tar that shouldn't float much less sail? I'll have me some of that! I'm really just ripping off the WH40k Orks that have space travel capabilities, but I think that's ok.

Better idea. Since Orkz and viking dudes are teaming up, would it also make sense to pair up with my bandit group that already consists of goblins, kobolds, gnolls and the like? A crop of pinkish-purple hair on his head is normally covered by a hat, and his white, toothy, segmented grin is always on display. Big ears, green eyes, and a bulbous nose give him the obvious look of the classic gnome.
Clothes and Equipment: If Badger is not working (that is to say performing) he can normally be spotted in his normal old street rags; a brown coverall type garment with a ratty shirt on underneath. He always has a trick or two tucked in his pockets, and is very fond of short blades.

I (Badger) made my Splitkull Tribe Group Thread! Maybe someone in the future will want to join a tribe in progress rather than make their own. Also Magotar Doomslayer is it alright if I create a thread attached to The Outlands in The Open Sea? I've imagined my tribe at the opposite end of The Outlands from the land paths, taking up the water routes to the ocean.

Sure, though you don't need to. We can always just say it's in the Outlands thread since it encompasses the entire region and some of it can be made to fit your tribe. Though if you do, call it The Outlands - Location so people can see.

I think I'd like to make it just because.. Well hell it'd be fun lol. That's all I'm after really. Additionally, I plan to have some interaction with our Viking friends, as well some measure of crap-tacular boats being sailed. Having that stuff take place in another thread may make my life easier lol.
I'm also cutting down on the amount of times I use "also" in a post.
