Her only offensive equipment is a dirk imbued with a haste enchantment, allowing for almost unnaturally quick strikes. However, she tends to favour her magic-imbued twisted oak staff which enhances her casting ability, the large black onyx stone at the tip of the staff holding a particular affinity to her favoured school of magic: Pyromancy. She also holds a book of various incantations in her other hand when in battle, reading them off with extreme speed and accuracy. She possesses a natural resistance to heat, but is much less resistant to cold.

"Well, I am not generally one for parties, and I cannot hold drink very well, but I suppose trying new things cannot hurt," says the scarlet mage, smiling softly up at the incubus.
"One thing first, however...I must change into something else. These robes are unsuited for such a humid climate...even I am overheating. Perhaps...you could assist me?"
Andraste leans into Vain and smiles up at him mischievously. "They are so very hard to change out of by oneself, after all. So many layers."

"Alright, then. Let's get you out of those heavy robes, and we can search around for some...lighter attire for the beach."
He leads her off the dock and out of the way of all the dockworkers, then starts unbuttoning her first robe.
"Why do you wear so many layers, anyway? It's not like Isra is particularly cold. And it hides what everyone wants to see!"

Andraste rolls her eyes, though her expression makes it clear that she's enjoying the banter. "I don't particularly want people to see what's underneath," she replies, "...well, most people, anyway." She gives a playful wink and sets about undoing the corset that holds her second layer of robes together, undoing the ties all down the front. Within minutes, she's down to her third and final layer: an enchanted gown of sorts that clings to her figure like paint, only more seethrough. The only thing conserving her dignity is the set of lacy crimson undergarments just underneath, worn specifically to please Vain, as she figured he would see them at some point on the trip. |

He glances around. They're in a small alley, out of sight. Perfect.
"You know, I was waiting for this. It's been...what, two days? Three? Too long."
In an instant, he pounces on her, skillfully removing the magic gown and fragile lace with a practiced ease. It's clear that he's done this before. Many times.

Andraste gives Vain a bemused grin, panting lightly as she leans up against the wall. Her flesh glistens with sweat and she appears to have a bit of trouble standing.
"Don't you think I should get something to wear first? I do not believe the people of this town would much appreciate my walking about nude," responds the sorceress. She combs her fingertips through her hair as she speaks, straightening out the tangled crimson mess it's become.

Vain chuckles and helps to straighten out her hair.
"Well, if it's clothes you want, it'll have to be more appropriate for the climate and location. Here..."
He snaps his fingers, and a brightly colored sundress appears on Andraste with a soft pop. He snaps them again, and the dress is replaced with a rather modest 1-piece swimsuit. A third time, and a much skimpier bikini take sits place.
"Which one would you prefer? I can do all sorts of clothes!"

Andraste probably could've guessed at the option he would choose. Less than a month ago, she would be upset at being so...exposed. Now, however, she is much more comfortable, though she is still quite conscious of the salty sea breeze wafting against her exposed flesh. What an odd feeling.
She smiles her placid smile up at Vain and nods. "If you say so, my dear. Lead the way," she responds. Having never set foot in a bar outside of official business, she's a bit out of her element, especially since she's bound to get so many more lecherous looks in this tiny outfit than usual. Nevertheless, she wraps her arm about Vain's and lets him lead her where he will.

I never thought I'd be in a place like this...Carmela Island! It's such a nice place...so bright and warm. And everyone is dressed so...provocatively...
She shivers, glancing down at herself. She's dressed pretty conservatively, as usual. Not at all like everyone here. She turns to Spero, clutching his hand.
"I'm glad we're here, Spero. Who thought we'd ever get here?"
I can't believe it. Ever since that forest...then the orc town...then the trip here...A demon and an angel. Who would've thought.

Spero follows Ymir off the boat, his attire is also rather conservative. He still wore his simple traveling clothes, he wore when they first met. Since he never seemed to get dirty, he never changed. Still he isn't immune to the heat and he begins to sweat. He smiles serenely when Ymir takes his hand.
"Well after everything that happened, I thought it best we go somewhere relaxing. From what I have heard this is the best spot for that. Still it's rather oppresivley hot and humid. I may need a new set of clothes. Are you doing alright?"
For Spero there was nothing odd about what was happening. Sure, he was an angel traveling with a demon, that was technically true. To Spero's way of thinking though, he wasn't traveling with a demon. He was traveling with Ymir, a woman he adored, and that was all that mattered to the Seraphim.

What am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to dress like them? I suppose my clothes aren't really suited for the beach, but I don't want everyone to stare...it'll be embarrassing...
She turns bright red at the thought of everyone looking at her almost-naked body. No way she could stand that.

A thought suddenly enters Spero's head. It is an image of Ymir, dressed similarly to the locals. The angel blushes furiously. That was an entirely inappropriate thought, he had always struggled with chastity. Still hand in hand with Ymir, he leads her towards downtown Carmela.
"I am famished so let us eat first. Then we should find a hotel. I would also like to go swimming at some point."

Clothes and Equipment: Jun possesses a vast collection of seeds, herbs, insects, and scrolls hidden in various pouches in her armor. These serve as reagents for her multitude of spells. Her armor consists of a customized, long-coat style gambeson that is stuffed with a matrix of seeds and plant fibers. Fitted on top is a set of brass-like, enchanted half armor (chest piece, pauldrons, and tassets) which gives off a warm aura. She has an open-faced, burgonet style helmet and coif of the same materials.
Her most notable "weapons" are Blackbean and Resonance. Blackbean is an elephant-sized demon crow which has served with Jun for many years as a mount and as a bodyguard. A minor enchantment allows him to disguise himself as a regular crow. Resonance is an azure blue longsword with a mind of his own. He can intercept minor attacks and can teleport to his owner. He can also use a personal reserve of magic to aid in the casting of a single spell.

Using a small requisitioned ferry and Naoki's documents showing her to be an agent of the plenipotentiary ambassador (a phrase Jun had to practice pronouncing a couple of times) of Isra to Gauldin, Jun secured passage through Gauldin and passed the wharf. She was carrying a fair amount of magical reagents and other supplies that she was happy to have tallied and inspected.

Last time was when she was...eight? Nine? She couldn't remember. Rummaging in her pocket, she pulls out a piece of chocolate. Better eat it before it melts in the heat, she decides. Unwrapping the foil paper, she crunches into the sweet, dark candy.
"Mmm..."
She takes off her coat and stuffs it into her backpack, then heads for the various vendors that walk the wharf. A few minutes later, she walks away with a cucumber sandwich and a lemonade ice.
"Hmm...Roy loves lemonade ices. I wish he were here."
Treats in hand, she walks off to the beach.

So, Rafaela discovered a few things about herself.
1.) She was a pussy when it came to Fairy Dust, and even remote contact with it will get her high
2.) She didn't travel way by ship.
She actually knew this last one about herself, but it had been so long and she had been so young the last time she'd taken to the sea that she figured it had more to do with her age than something else. Such was not the case. She was a poor traveling companion on the boatride to Carmela island, and Enigma had to suffer through most of it.
When the ship finally pulled into port, however, she hefted her sack over her shoulders and stumbled onto the not-bobbing-or-swaying-or-moving dock and folded herself over the wooden railing, hurling (hopefully) her last hurl into the ocean.
"I hate this place," she moaned as she wiped her mouth with the back of her hand and squinted angrily at the beautiful, lush, tropical paradise that was Carmela island. It was so hot, too! She'd have to take off layers. She hated taking off layers.

For most of the boat ride Enigma had been not been feeling well as well, but his affliction was slightly worse than sea-sickness. Without any fairy dust on the ship he had gone through an intense withdrawal and would have died if he had not had the blood of a dragon within him. Therefore, Rafaela's poor companionship during the boat trip had gone mostly unnoticed.
Enigma was feeling better now however, and would follow Rafaela off the ship. He did no carry any bags, only the clothes he had stolen in Bayonne which hung loosely from his wiry frame. He had not eaten much in quite a while as the sickness ruined his appetite and he vomited any food anyways, but now that he was better he felt hunger once again. Enigma would glance over at Rafaela then, who had just finished throwing up again.
"Is there any place that has food here?" he asked. He did not have any money on him, but he figured he could steal food if it came down to it.
