Necropolis is more distinguishable than the other cities, mostly in the fact that it is at least three times as massive as its brothers. Its tower is at least twice as high, and instead of a flat top, a layer of pillars rises from it, like a black crown. Here is where most of the visitors come. Boasting a moderately sized living population, it is a city of stark contrasts. Living beings bring most of the noise of the city, while its dead inhabitants walk silently among the crowd, ignoring them to a greater extent. Here is where the overlord Ralakor sits on his throne at the top of the great tower, known to the living as the Obelisk. Not many have had an audience with the overlord, and none come back the same.
