The walled city of Peregrine came about far back in the ages when clansmen fought clansmen in open war. The plains made it easy to slaughter each other, but one clan decided to build stone walls around its keep. As the town grew, more rings were added, and the city was named Peregrine for the sigil of the clan that started. Peregrine is rich in ore, grain, wheat, and lumber. They have a large cavalry called the Peregrine Rangers, and are known for their huntsmen and their hallmark peregrine falcons.
