Beneath the vest is a short-sleeved shirt in shades of grey and gold piping, with a high collar that comes just beneath her chin. Over the vest is a long, sleeveless coat with a white fur collar, separated at the sides for ease of movement. Completing the look are gauntlets and boots in grey, with gold accents. Ever at her side is the over-sized, long-handled sword that she has affectionately dubbed "Meatwhacker", because of the sound it makes when hitting a fleshy creature.

Feru flicked an ear at Alli and arched a brow, but said nothing. This conversation didn't really pertain to her, so she'd just stay out of it. Maybe she'd pop over to Isra and see what all the fuss was about after she did this last job.

Alli looked a tad surprised at the offer but that was quickly replaced with a warm smile. Flirtatious though the leader of Isra might be, she was clearly a kind-hearted and generous woman.
"That would be most appreciated milady, thank you. If there is ever anything I can do to repay you for this, please let me know."
Her tone was sincere and grateful, she had not been looking forward to bargaining for passage on one of the seedier, cheaper merchant ships. Gods only know what kind of payment they would have wanted.

“Don’t worry about it. The ship- it’s the INS Dakota, big warship, is sailing with only a fraction of the crew it would sail into battle with. There are lots of extra cabins, and it’s no skin off my nose to offer one to a woman such as yourself.” With this, Naoki offers Alli a sort of lopsided smirk of a similar variety to the one she gave Feru. Evidently, there’s plenty to around.
Somewhat more seriously, she continues, “Besides, you seem like the sort of person who would not only be a credit to Isra as a citizen but perhaps also in the employment of the state, should you choose to pursue such a career.” Following implied offer, Naoki gives a slight shrug, not intending to come off too strongly.
Though she would like to eventually transition into the topic of ‘what do you two have planned tonight and what would you like the safe word to be’, Naoki figures it best to wait for the moment.

She grins at Feru and takes another sip of her drink before continuing on.
"...I abhor paperwork. Absolutely abhor it, to the point where it makes Feru's tail curl when I have to do it."
Literally. Feru made her do an after-action report once after a mission that pissed her off so bad she split her desk in two. It wasn't that she couldn't read or write, just that she had no talent for it whatsoever, words on paper did not flow easily for her.

The flat look Feru slanted Alli at that statement could've curdled milk, and after calmly taking another sip of her drink, she set the bottle down to speak in an unamused drawl.
"If you're gonna make this one do paperwork, make sure ya got plenty of spare desks lyin' around. You'll need 'em. I promise ya that." Snorting a feline noise of irritation, she snatched up another piece of cheese and thrust it into her mouth as her ears flicked back and her tail swish-thumped against the chair beneath her. Damn Aaedanians and their tempers. Or maybe that was just Alli.

Quirking her head to one side, Naoki seems somewhat puzzled by how the conversation develops, but waits for both of them to finish before interjecting, “Who said anything about paperwork?”
Casting a significant look over Alliandre’s shoulder toward her weapon, Naoki intends to imply that there are plenty of things that need to be done in Isra that require the use of the sword, rather than the pen.
“In any case, I’m in no position to formally discuss such things here,” Naoki continues, gesturing to the room around them. “That sort of thing can be sorted out in time.”
For a moment or so, Naoki pauses- very obviously considering something, but then continues, “At the risk of coming off as a bit forward, do you two have anything in particular planned for tonight?” Resting her chin in her hand, Naoki couples this with a raised eyebrow, a slight smirk, and an impish gleam in her eye as she glances between Feru and Alli.

The meaning behind Naoki's glance was not lost on Alli, and it elicited a wide grin from the Aeadanian. The promise of future work, coupled with the free ride, had cemented her decision to go to Isra.
"I am not sure we really had any plans tonight, unless I am forgetting something Feru?"
She gave her friend an inquisitive look, the meaning and/or implication behind Naoki's question had yet to dawn on Alli, though the look on Feru's face would undoubtedly reveal it to Alli.

And there was the invitation Feru had been hoping for. The smirk that slid across her lips was an unquestionably sly one, and she couldn't help but purr in satisfaction before she replied.
"Nope.. no plans at all. We're yours for the evenin', if ya want us, yer ladyship." Feru couldn't help but lick her lips in anticipation. It'd been far too long since she'd had a good lay. And she'd always wanted to sleep with Alli. Sharing her with Naoki for a night would be great fun, she suspected.

“Well,” Naoki continues, lowering her voice as not to be easily heard by every patron of the bar, “in that case, allow me to extend the following invitation.”
“I’m staying with my group at The Hotel Auberge, and it turns out that in making our reservation, I overestimated how many beds we would need, leaving me paying for a couple of extra rooms that aren’t actually being used.” Here, she stops, allowing each of them to read into that exactly as much as they’d care to.
Without much else to do, Naoki opts to have another go at the drink she ordered as she awaits their responses, raising it for another sip. However, it isn’t much better lukewarm than it was cold, she finds, and places it back down on the table.

Of course that's what she wanted. It would seem that most cat-women were rather promiscuous, certainly this pair was. She rolled her eyes at Feru but nodded her assent, draining her drink afterwards.
"Sounds like an excellent way to spend the evening, Lady Naoki."
She wasn't lying, while she had little interest in actually pursuing such things, they were an excellent way to release pent-up energy, and she certainly would never turn down an opportunity like this. Besides, she had never been with one cat-woman before, let alone two, and her old mentor had always told to take every learning opportunity she could sooo, she was in.

“Hah. Excellent. In that case...” Naoki’s chair slides out from behind her as abruptly stands and plants her palms on the tabletop. “I see no reason to stick around here. Did someone insist on buying my drink?” A significant and somewhat teasing look is aimed at Alliandre. Assuming that she follows up and takes care of the tab, Naoki would stand by for a moment and allow her to. Immediately afterward, as soon as it is appropriate to do so, Naoki proceeds to lead the way from the tavern, back to the Hotel Auberge, tail swaying behind her the whole way. |

Feru also fished out the money to pay for her drink and food, downed the remainder of said beverage in a few gulps, snagged the last of the food off her tray, and then swung Meatwhacker over her shoulder as she followed Alli and Naoki.
