Travére The Crown City of Gauldin, located on a large island in a large, protected cove and constantly surrounded by official and merchant ships that dot the placid waters surrounding. Travére is where you will find the opulent Royal Palace, with its banners flying from every lovely spire. The Royal Palace is always grandly decorated for its citizens to admire and boast the Royal Pegasus Guard, known for its elite Pegasus and Riders that protect the Royal Family within. Bayside Travére is in many ways an ideal city with little in the way of crime, poverty, or trouble but this is only possible because of Bayside. This is where the more unsavory elements of Gauldin who wish to do business in the capital congregate. The main road that splits Bayside heading to the bridge gate offers some safety to travelers and locals as the areas near the road are well guarded but stray too far from it, and you risk your life. |

The Tournament Grounds Just outside the city is a large swath of land dedicated to the tournaments that are occasionally hosted by the king. There are a few permanent structures here, but mostly it is left unoccupied, except when there is a tournament, then it is an explosion of color with innumerable tents and pennants everywhere and crowds of people milling around. |
