The elite archers of the Land-Tillers will most likely enroll themselves in the Mounted Archer corps camp. Consisting mostly of open field, here warriors may familiarize themselves with horses, wildebeests, and yaks while they also becoming one with the bow. Proper form, speed, and stability are all emphasized. Anyone who wants to see the front lines is expected to master the Parthian shot and associated tactics.
This camp is heavily dominated by Acacia clan warriors, who enjoy mounted archery as a pastime. Still, anyone who works hard enough can eventually achieve elite levels of performance.
The strongest women in the Mounted Archer Corps can ride at fifty miles per hour and accurately shoot targets 300 meters away with a 100 lb draw weight bow. Some of the men can go up to 150 lb draw weights...
