A towering structure within Stonevale marks well over most of the buildings - the academy of the magic users, and training grounds for the Ministry of the Arcane's elite mages. The place holds standard educational services for the magically attuned, and takes great "care" to instill an understanding of allowed and not allowed magic decrees within Goraia. The students with the highest marks and greatest potential are tested for a place in the Ministry, and trained further at this facility, as well.
Any graduates from the academy caught breaking the laws set in place by the Ministry of the Arcane are punished by heavy fines and/or imprisonment.
