Kilkannon is a golden city that sparkles, now, with silver, courtesy of the Frost Queen and her magical, eternal winter in the newly proclaimed Frostborne. In order to get to the gates here, one must walk across a large bridge unto the gate itself, where it is guarded by soldiers almost too-confident in their impregnable city.
The City Watch here is not known for being kind to outsiders, and quite readily will let their arrogance be known.
