Where the Silverion River meets the fortified walls of Port Silverion, two large towers flank the river. Each of the towering fifty-feet tall constructs dominates the land around the town, giving a clean vantage point of ten or more miles in all directions, save the northwest where line of sight is blocked by the high cliffs that encompass the west side of the Free Plains Bay. The towers double as watch posts for approaching land and river traffic, and as the final choke point for vessels coming down the river. A long, magically enchanted chain lies between the towers, able to be raised from the riverbed in only a few minutes by guards in stationed at the towers. Both towers are crowned by signal lights, which are used both to indicate to approaching vessels whether the chain is or is not raised, and to alert the town's military without an audible component. The chain is not raised except in emergency situations. All traffic entering or leaving Port Silverion by the Silverion River must post here before entering the city. Please post at the Free Docks next, unless you have permission to use the naval docks.
All foot traffic entering or leaving Port Silverion should use either the East Gate or the North Gate!Read about Isra's border permissions here.

Amiel runs toward the port from down the river. She'd stash the Spirit Dart on her person and approach the gate to enter. She could wait for Frey and Ralf here at the port. If they took too long to get back to her, she knew to move on.

Physical Description: Thomas is an older man, with wrinkles, grey hair, and stern expression. Slightly below overage height, and average build, Thomas is the sort of man that could easily blend into the crowd in most cities and towns without drawing a second glance.
Clothes and Equipment:
Thomas usually dresses in a relatively fashionable, fairly conservative manner. When traveling, he wears sturdier, more rugged clothing for the road, but nothing that could be called adventuring gear. He is unlikely to be found armed with anything more than a pocket knife or perhaps dagger.

With his belongings loaded onto one of the many river ferries that plied the route between Isra and Port Silverion, Thomas found a comfortable place to sit. Leaving Port Silverion, Thomas knew that most of his journey was behind him. He stayed out of the way of the crew, and didn’t chat with the other passengers more than he needed, remaining a boring, forgettable presence, as always.

She never cared much for freshwater, but at least the rive was a mix of both for a while as she moved along up along the current. When the salt began to fade from the taste of the water running through her gills, she knew she was getting close - especially as she notes the narrowing of the waterway. It was still grand enough for landwalker vessels but it was still cramped compared to the open sea.
Keeping submerged, she would continue on - headed directly for the heart of the port.
