Physical Description: Quite tall at 6'1, Hansel has a pale complexion coupled with nearly white blonde hair and a set of heterochromatic eyes. His boyish features are well defined but covered in many small scars. The young man's frame is best described as sinewy with significant muscle placed upon a relatively thin body. Across his body one would find many cosmetics scars, brands and a few tattoos be it of scripture or strange tribal symbolism. However most noticeable are the two large wings on either shoulder blade, and the cross on his chest and back crossing his breast from stomach to neck.
Clothes and Equipment: Typically Hans will wear a bodyglove of buunvar leather, over which is blessed chainmail and plate. His preferred weapon is a moderately sized Executioner's sword of Hagbane silver with the end rounded and sharpened to at least pierce flesh. However for sidearms he carries a powerful longbow and an ensemble of Holy falchion and dagger.
The lad also will usually possess a mount; either a blessed horse, pegasus or hyppogryph. The beast will always carry heavy barding and bears a lance and kite shield for its rider.

"If possible, now would be best. The Knights are only settling in so even 8 would be hard to spare, and divert. Besides, I need additional time to get behind the enemy palisade and get in position." He would await their response. If what they say would not contradict his desire to leave, he would exit to the Aozoran Angelist Church, round up some Knights, and go to his assigned camp.

"I have an assassin, @darron, who can assist your archers. This plan sounds as good as it's going to be. Hansel you may proceed to get your men ready. I will supply any horses needed and Reinforcements will be waiting right here, near the second camp. When the third camp is cleared, report to Ram Jam there and we'll begin the assault on the second encampment. I wish you to return well and victorious."
Darron White would be summoned to join the party at Camp 3.

"Good day." Shintaro didn't have his usual eye patch on, instead it was covered with bandage. "Don't mind this, Lady Osma was operating on me. What have you come for?"
He listened to his proposal, "Ah, the Theatre, yes. Make it so, I approve. You are granted the manpower and resources to have it constructed. Have you picked out a location? I've had precautions taken that the town wouldn't be too congested so that you could have a good place to put it."

"Good day to you, too sir," He was listening intently to the warlord and would like what he hears. A smile comes up on his face when he speaks again. "Why yes I do have a location picked out of course . I think that placing it right outside of the current buisness district thingy would be a good idea. Specifically across the street from the person who has operated on you, Osma Gaiman's, shop."
He would proceed to lean back in his chair a little more intently looking though.

Dimitri would proceed to the meeting hall. He knew not where Nishida would be at this time, but the thought that the Warlord visited here often did occur in this warriors mind. He would wait patiently by the entry door, thinking through why he was here once more, and wondering on what awaited him afterwards.

Dimitri would give Nishida a small bow as he entered the meeting hall. Might as well do this on polite terms. "Business brings me here today Nishida, and that business is the end of my contract with you. You have made this castle and the town below into a proper settlement, so i see that my services are no longer required here. Figured I might as well let you know that I will no longer be here." He is sometimes far too direct in his speech patterns, but it is what makes him, well, him.

Dimitri nods to Nishida's invitation "It will be good to know that there is at least a safeish harbor in these parts. Though I have now overstayed my welcome. I wish you success in your endeavors as well Warlord." He curtly bows once more before turning on his heel and leaving the meeting hall. Not wanting to make this more awkward for either party than it already is.

Hansel waited for the Warlord to be alone to speak. When approaching him, he rubbed his hands together nervously, as if unsure how to begin. "Sir, you are a warrior it is clear yes. But you are also a leader. Well... how do you do it?" he asked, his face twitching nervously every so often. He knew it was a very vague demand but he had to know. He felt like he was not suited for what was coming to him but could not turn down the position. As he awaited the reply of Shintaro he would pace around the room, stroking his hair thoughtfully.

"Eh? Yes, I am both of these things, I'm guessing you are seeking advice?" Shintaro rests his head on his palm. "Hmm, I simply tell people what to do, and over time I've gotten practice with making the right calls so people want to listen to me. Being a leader requires you to have a good head on your shoulders and have correct judgment. As a warrior is becomes easier to command respect from subordinates, as they fight alongside you and know you are strong. I suppose it's a lot of pressure, but it comes with the territory, SOMEONE has to be in charge. I have a lot more experience though, so it is easier for me."
Shintaro pauses. "You are still a young man, don't let yourself be crushed by the weight of responsibility. Even if you screw up a few times, you will learn from your mistakes."
Shintaro suddenly comes up with an idea. "Ah! Here's something I can offer you. I have some old tomes and scrolls that I've collected over the years which may help you. I'd be happy to lend them to you to study, the men who wrote these were wise and successful generals. How does that sound?"

The boy paced in a circled a few times, biting the nails of his left hand with it's gauntlet off. "But you surely got that in a hereditary manner being from Katashima and all, you were most likely expected to learn to do so from a young age, you were taught to be the great leader that you are. I on the other hand am going to be Grand Komtur all of a sudden, after but a single deed; on with no leadership involved!" he exclaimed with a frightened whimper following. On the subject of mistakes he only got more worried. "But in a place like mine, my choices can get people killed!"
He stopped and looked to his feet, mumbling a little before adding to what he said. "There's also the matter of... the eye. I too lost mine and well... I just can't help but think that those around me cannot respect me or see me for what I am. How do you deal with the effects of it? After all, letting your eye decide who to become is not good." He raised his head at the offer the books, a little less nervous. "Well, yes sir, I would. We didn't really bring much of that thing to Aozora to tell you the truth, mostly just medical treatises and such."

"Yes, that is true, but a good leader can rise from any upbringing. I get it, you're fearful of screwing up, I don't blame you. How old are you?" Shintaro would continue, "A shame you have to go through such hardships so early, but you are strong. There's pressure, but pressure creates diamonds."
Shin gets up from his seat and approaches Hans and places a hand on the young man's shoulder. "There's talent in you, people see that. Even if you don't have everything you need yet, it'll come to you. You also have strong allies who can guide you, don't be afraid to ask for the counsel of others, take suggestions from people and be sure of your decisions once you make them. I'll get you that reading material, knowledge of others' experience will help you grow."
The Marquis had never quite noticed that Hansel's eye was not real, he sympathized with him. "Does it hurt much?"

"Sixteen, Lord." he replied with great confidence. He knew in some places that was considered too early to fight, but here he was. He nodded to his analogy of diamonds but decided his fears were still not wholly touched upon. "Aye, but they're often made of things that died, rather nastily to end up like that too." Hans tried to smile to show appreciation for what Shintaro was doing but his mind was still full of worry. "Thank you, sire. I believe that is exactly what I need."
When asked about the eye he rubs the socket with the prosthetic ashamed. "Yes it was more noticeable and stung more until I got a better one." he said, removing the thing. He blinked with the empty thing, a look of self-pity about him. "I don't even remember when I lost it to be frank. I just know that I feel horrible, like everyone is looking down upon me for it." He scratched the area around it, not really wanting to say that he liked and missed the pain. "It's fine physically, really."
