Quincy and Phoebe walked through the fields of grass towards the town, backpacks filled with travel materials. While Quincy walked a normal, slow pace, Phoebe walked behind him with a slight spring in her step.
"This place is pretty! We should get a cottage out here sometime." She said, looking around the fields.
"Yeah, seems alright, but first we need to find a binding for you. No point in having a home if you can't spend the night in there." Quincy responded, his eyes fixed on the path ahead.
"Hey, the answer's simple: Stop sleeping!"
Quincy rolled his eyes.
"Right, that's all I need to do."
The two continued down the path until they made it to the town gate.

"Miss watch out!" A group of city guards were doing battle with a Scar Raptor, one guard had seen karen approaching and came over to her. The rest of the guards managed to corral the Scar Raptor into a cage. "Sorry Miss, we're having trouble lately with Scar Beasts. But it looks like you've made it safely. What brings you to Fletcher?" |
