Nameless reached for his sword. Yoshitori was not entirely stupid; had Nameless lacked an ability to do this without hurting himself, he likely would not have committed. Allowing him to grab his blade would not be good, and would wrench control from him with relative ease. Instead, he timed a swift thrust with the grabbing motion of his hand, his sword slipping from its cross with Nameless' blade and shooting straight for the exposed right thigh. "HRNH!" From a proximity at which they could grab each other's points, the speed with which he could insert his kissaki into the opponent was ludicrous; the likelihood of complete evasion, given the necessity of the legs to root one's balance, was minimal. Yoshitori's left arm, forearm guarded in armor, shot for Nameless' own point. He'd use the plate on his forearm to brace against Nameless' blade and prevent it from chasing his own, in order to solidify his chances of hitting, crossing his arm slightly before his chest. Ultimately, the precision strike would not be instantly lethal, but it would certainly put this intruder out of the fight.

The light did catch his eye, and it was even somewhat noxious. He wouldn't become blinded or anything dramatic, but it was a slight annoyance. "Hey cut that out... or I'll cut you! Last chance... Put. The sword. Away." He bared his teeth now, to demonstrate that he was serious, that he wanted results with a sense of urgency but had no intention to simply kill the two girls in cold blood. (Could you remind me where Ishida and Pana are in relation to the other four men please?) Pana sighed a little as Kiara fled. It was smart of her to do so at Ishida's threat. Yet, the threat didn't seem to phase Pana. Indeed, something about it seemed....lacking to her. Was he bluffing? She recalls him needing to take them alive for some reason.... "Didn't your mother ever tell you not threaten little girls?" She replied back to his threat as Kiara fled. Her face of fear was replaced with one of focus. She took a single step forward, her sword still raised to her side. Ishida's own blade was still a foot away from her face, but the distance was gradually closing. "I'm surprised you know how to hold that. I assumed you're the one who polishes the blades when the samurai are finished with them."

Ishida found Pana's advance to be somewhat of a threat. "Oh yeah?" He brought his blade up a little bit, though not enough to give her time to slip into his guard, and then crashed it back down firmly atop her own. It would strike hard enough to thoroughly jar the wrist of the smaller blade wielder, and send a message not to try anything drastic. "I told you to put it away!"

He saw his mistake too late, but just in time to move his leg a bit for the blade to do minimal damage while still piercing his leg through. He winced slightly but showed little else emotion. He used his moment to rear back his left arm back to his hip before stepping forward and twisting his hip to throw a devistating punch to his chest. If He was to try to block it at this range, he would find it would snap his forearm with ease, if took it, the blunt force trauma would do a massive amount of damage to chest and send him back.

Just as she had struck her opponent and gained some breathing room, she knew the two other opponents had now closed in on her peripherals. This was no time to recover; both had attacked in nearly the same time, and their intentions and timing to attack her had been made clear. Taru went for a swift horizontal swipe across her back and Muramatsu struck with a thrust to the side of her face. Tika's response bespoke an astounding awareness and a surprisingly well honed instinct for movement within combat. Having set up a strong base of footwork with the prior outwards sliding of her right foot, firmly grounding her stance to where she could move freely in each direction, her next step was but a continuation of an ongoing rhythm. First the right foot, now the left... Tika's next step brought her very widely aside and forwards in the space Kuro had made in his retreat, however swift. She'd end her step in a much lowered position, both knees bent sharply and lowering her stance with a confident sort of grace as her head ducked beneath the thrust, her being made aware by Muramatsu's stance of his intent. Her movement saw her twirling counter-clockwise as her right foot quickly followed suit in a half-moon shuffle that reoriented her body to the line of Muramatsu's thrust. Thus, in a single breath's time, she had changed position and effectively grouped all three fighters into her vision, with Taru slightly to her right flank.
Her right hand had taken control of her weapon's hilt in all this motion, and as it pulled, her left hand drew the saya back along her obi in unison. With both arms working in tandem, coupled with her body's twist, Tika's sword had come free in the blink of an eye in a draw that presented itself synergistically with her motion. The sayabiki performed with an expert's timing and agility, and the added benefit of stepping forwards from the direction of Taru's swing at her spine, and her sword would come to bear vertically just in time to meet the swing's horizontal blow and catch it violently by the habaki with a loud abrasive clatter, just as she dipped below and away from Muramatsu's thrust.
She may have slipped aside his thrust and stepped out of range, but she had to turn to stop Taru in the process. While Taru was most likely making mince meat out of her leg, he would simply withdraw his sword slightly back as he took a step towards her. When he landed his step his sword would jab forwards again, sending the strike home. Even if she could somehow stop one sword, she would have another coming right for her, and if she tried to escape in some way, Kuro could very easily stab her in the back.

She had whirled around and successfully parried Taru's attack. Now he attempted to attack again... yet he'd see no chance for his powerful blow to come to fruition. Tika moved like lightning, entirely a continuation of her initial rhythm, and was on him before his sword would even recover from it's withdrawal. Reared slightly back and poised to swing, Taru had created a space into which Tika moved, flowing like a wave on sea rocks. Her sword dashed its point left as her left foot slid in to meet her right, which then slid forward in turn. She carried herself forward in transitioning from her prior stance, threatening to ram her left shoulder into his own as her sword swept up from below the man's arms. Her upper body canted slightly forward as she leaned aside Taru's left flank with her step, the motion of her body helping tug her sword edge--twenty inches of razor sharp carbon steel--along his midsection, just as Muramatsu's second thrust passed just behind where her shoulders now were. There was no reservation in Tika's attack; every ounce of her mind and matter was devoted to completely disemboweling Taru at a point-blank range from which he had very little "wiggle room."
"HOHH!!"
Whether the upper three quarters of her sword became coated in blood or not, she'd continue her motion... always moving with the flow of the current... She'd slip aside her opponent, slithering quickly around his back with her left hand reaching for his clothing, mercilessly grabbing for a handful of his kimono around the vicinity of his left kidney... and placing Taru's body, in shock or alive, between herself and Muramatsu's extended blade.

Taru can't move fast enough. Not expecting her to attack in that timing, he is hit by her sword. He doesn't die right away but the sight is not a pretty one indeed. Blood gushes everywhere as his intestines could be seen, almost spilling out of his gut. His arms jerk, his sword sent spinning vertically out of control as he doubles back, releasing from his hand and landing with the point in the ground, marking his death. "UAAAAHHHHHhhh..!!"
He crumples to the ground.

Damn it all! Just as he had managed to arc around to Tika's back side, his target itself arced around his ally, Taru... who, to his deep shock, had just been hit. "TARU!" He finds himself charging in, arcing around to Tika's right side and closing the range. With her own sword pinned to the left side between her and Taru, her right side was exposed. Because he didn't want to accidentally hit Taru with his own blade, he swung for the girl who had struck his friend, using his hilt to smash into her right temple for an immediate knockout. From short range, he'd pursue if she ran away, not allowing her to gain any range from his attack.

"RRRAAH!"
As Nameless Samurai stepped forward, Yoshitori stepped back; he had an interest in maintaining this exact amount of space - the reach of his long sword's blade - against his target. Nameless had moved into something of a trap that had been sprung as Yoshitori set up his opponent's defeat in an almost cruelly robotic manner. Stepping his left foot forwards, Yoshitori's sword trailed in a sudden swipe to the outside, slated to cut deeply into the inside of his forward left thigh with force enough to end his capacity to fight once and for all. And by cutting the femoral artery, he'd be confident enough to leave the man to bleed out on his own after his punch misses due to falling short in range. If the sword's strike hits, Yoshitori would disengage and join the others following the scream of his ally. While he was committed to felling his opponent permanently, there was now a sudden pressure to address more important happenings.

Although she would not have time to advance between his swing and contact, Pana would have enough time to move her hand inwards enough to miss his blade and advance another step after, now that Ishida's blade was safely on her right side. "Another hollow threat?" Pana snapped back, her fear slowly turning to anger. "What happened to your last ultimatum? You've already lost one of your hostages-" As she spoke, Taru would let out his blood-curdling scream, causing her eyes to quickly look behind her to see Tika defeating him before looking back to Ishida. "-and it seems an ally. Either you fight now or you will fail. Or are you afraid of me?" Her eyes looked up to him with hatred but no ounce of intimidation or fear. Despite being a good foot smaller, she seemed far larger than she had any right to be. "Me, someone your kind considers inferior because of my size and status." Her voice was far more powerful than before. No longer was she making requests- she was giving orders. "Enough threats- back them up or yield."

Stepping away from her before exploding into a dash for the melee in the street, where a friend had just been felled in cold blood. His sword rose, urging for blood, as he moved in on the other flank of her. Kuro went for the blunt attack, and if he was able, he wouldn't be so kind. His sword would descend on her left shoulder in a cut, but from a distance where only the upper end would cleave into her shoulder. But cutting vertically, he put a great amount of power while reducing the likelihood of him striking his ally.

Everything was in slow motion for him, he watched as he lurched forward, his punched missed as the male moved back and his blade arched across his thigh, the warmth of blood running down his thigh. HEe needed to get out of here, he wouldn't die here to a mortal. He dropped to his knees and panted. He saw the male run to his friends. He gritted his teeth, as for up through the pain and ran as fast as he could to the edge of the field. For anyone else, they may have died there...but he's been through worse. He ran as fast as he could, using a method of running to make his footfalls near silent.

Muramatsu misses again. This is ridiculous, he thought. His approach, trying to slip in at an angle and skewer her while she was preoccupied, had to be adjusted for something new. He squares off his stance, moving into a more casual stride as he goes around the back of Ishida, who just charged into the fray.

Explosively and with a tremendous exhale, Tika shoved the body of Taru in the direction of Kuro to disrupt his attack, forced to discard the burdening slacking weight of a person who quite possibly outweighed her. Until she relieved herself of the excess mass, her sword was still pinned, its point wavering in the leftward direction... the very direction from which Ishida came in, swords a blazing, that tell-tale glint of his blade in the mid-morning sunlight preceding a sudden burst in which she stepped towards it, leaning sharply to the fore, both hands on the hilt as that deadly shinogi-zukuri style kissaki shot for the widely exposed chest, splattering blood upon the loosely cobbled stones of the trail in the wake of its arc... Ishida, in his mad rush to engage, would find his charge cut short and the descent of his sword interrupted, a sudden disruption to his strategy, equilibrium, and mortality.

Bam! Taru had just slammed into him. He considered it disrespectful to just throw the body aside, and helped Taru to the ground by his sword, which stuck in the dirt near them. But aside from that he was back in action, coming in from behind in a front stance with his sword pointed diagonally forwards in both hands. If she did not move, he'd continue stepping, driving his point into her back without mercy.

He closed his eyes as the space around him warped a bit, he reversed the time around his body to a point in time where he was able to fight. His wounds healed and closed up. He let out a long sigh as he opened his eyes, the set of armor for a samurai appeared on him, excluding his kabuto and menpo. He opened a portal and pulled out a bow and a quiver of arrows. Two other portals appeared on either side of him, dropping a full metal kanabo and a naginata, which pierced the earth when it fell. He nocked an arrow and aimed at Yoshi, he held his breath and released it. "Hmmm...." He was part way back to the melee when he noticed movement. His opponent, he did not stay down as he had anticipated. Without medical attention he would bleed out quickly, and Yoshitori was determined not to let him get it. He shifted direction with a frustrated growl as Nameless began trying to get up. At full speed, the partially armored ronin was charging him down...

Oh no, Tika had foiled his attack! His chop and advance were interrupted and he had to bring his left forearm to defend, risking slight laceration to batter aside Tika's thrusting sword while his own continued its descent, threatening to easily kill her as well and bring this whole mess to an end. To add to the matters, his right foot rose into a sudden kick, roundhousing for her left ribcage in a brutal follow-up. His body twisted on his left foot as he kicked, and his left hand presented the sheath on his belt as a makeshift brace against the halfling's attack, and he'd try to batter it aside desperately, going for just a minor cut. Yet it wasn't enough. Barring extraneous circumstances, the halfling's sword would go into his left thigh, and he'd go down with a howl of pain.
