The mine district is basically the second half of the city and connects to the following levels (from the highest to the lowest:
1. The throne room and the Tain's and court's quarters. This place requires permission to enter
2. The Inner City where you have stores, inns, mead halls and various other services - although usually of lower quality than outside
3. The Cavity Forge - a huge forge lodged into a natural cavity in one of the deeper caves, where a river runs through and provides natural cooling to the huge ovens. This place is normally restricted
4. The mines where jewels and precious ores are mined - restricted too
5. The Deep Reaches are the newest mining frontier in Skulhøy and comes with promises of mithril, though danger may be lurking
