The forest homestead of Alrik Storkin isn't currently much to look at. It has a wooden Alrik-sized temporary shelter on the edge of a clearing that grows larger by the day. There is a river for fresh water, and the land itself is fertile and ideal for growing crops - if not a little rocky.
