Beyond these gates in an layer of unknown treasures and terrors. Masu claimed this as this layer for himself after killing the tyrant here. Only Masu and the beings he lets in know what happens here. Anyone who enters uninvited never comes out. |

While Khan was at the Black Lion Forge, Masu went to his layer. He had been preparing for this day for many years. He was going to incorporate a more powerful Air Force to his Scout Union. He had been raising eighty lesser dragons here. These were not the dragons he was getting for Khan, but he was preparing his first.
Inside a mansion beyond these gates, Masu was confronting a shepherd of his dragons, "Prepare the dragons for use. I also need you to purchase fifty dragons for an Air Force for the State in the next week. I expect one-hundred and thirty armed dragons, mine is my armor and fifty in the armor of Khan's."
Masu would walk off, leaving the Seventh Layer as quick as he entered. He was off to find Khan now.
