The palace is located on the east side of the harbor that the main port of Quying sits on. The palace consists of the main building, constructed of stone and wood, surrounded by the flagships of every daimyo, raised out of the water by a combination of magic and mechanics, and attached to the existing structure of the palace by the Zuikaku clan's personal craftsmen.
