As part of Empress Naoki ’s series of public works projects, The Oculus Solis Arena was built into Isra's southern wall. It was built to provide a public space in which to host events, such as tournaments, sporting events, speeches, public gatherings, musical shows, and other activities that might be held in a large, open area surrounded by seating.
The first event to be held in the arena was The Second Annual Grand Tournament, a competition of skill at arms.
If any character would like to make use of the stadium to host an event, have a private duel, or for any other reason, please send a message to Empress Naoki. It is essentially free to use but go through her first.
There are a few arena-wide rules that apply to fighting, which are as follows.

- Competitors may not damage the arena in a major way.
- Competitors may not bring harm to the spectators or any of the match officials.
- Competitors may not leave the arena's designated competition area during the match.
- Spectators may not interfere with the matches.
- Spectators may not bring harm to other spectators, or cause an unreasonable ruckus.
- If a match official is chosen, their decisions must be respected by the competitors.
