Physical Description: A towering demon, around twice as high as the tallest human. His features are a mix of reptilian and notably canid-like, and a pair of dark backswept horns atop his head. His eyes and mouth burn with orange fire that seems to never be going out.
Rivadis' body is highly resistant to damage, as his skin is several hundred layers tougher than virtually any normal creatures', as well as organic dermal armor which is yet stronger, and can serve as apt armor when needed. His tail, adorned with a number of dark spines of the same dermal armor, is also an excellent weapon for bludgeoning nearby foes or causing collateral damage.
Clothes and Equipment: Rivadis wields a gigantic trident, with a very elaborately carved skull on it, and three hideously sharp, powerful blades. Apparently he's had it for a very long time, and is very protective of it against strangers.

He shook his head. "Achae is stubborn, she wouldn't have joined them. That is why they would've attacked her, for refusal. Neither of them have cared for Venus. I refused them, and they turned against me as well." Rivadis nods curtly, returning to his previous more thoughtful expression. A low, frustrated growl brews in his throat and the hand scratching his chin becomes a fist. "So, I assume you and I are the only ones who know of this? No one else is aware of their scheme?"

He takes a few steps toward one of the walls, the three hellhound matriarchs below circling and following in step (one sniffing at his heel and the others growling lowly). The Lord falls silent for a moment, looking upward. "....where is Nharkotep now? Hiding in his lair plotting some outlandish scheme to supplement his idiotic rebellion?"

The air grows hot as a portal to the Hells opens in front of the Lord, two of his hellhounds bounding inside and leaving Rivadis and a final hound behind. The demon snaps his fingers and points at the portal. "I'll have your new friends out soon. But I have a question for you as well."

The three hellhounds wander over toward Kheroth, casting final furtive glances toward their former commander, as he vanishes into the portal. A moment later, it seals....and Rivadis is gone.

He murmurs, weaving enchantments upon them to protect them from his touch and the Haemhorrhage itself.

Reports of unnatural sightings and other tales had been brought to Grandma’s attention through various sources she gained information from. If she had heard just one rumor she would have been likely to pay it no heed, but due to the growing number, her interest had been piqued. Even for how comparatively easy Grandma could travel around, not even she always had the time to visit a location of interest in the flesh. But that was what her familiars were for.
Typically they were birds with the occasional rat or mouse in cities. The one she had sent to the Haemorrhage was a rather ordinary crow, one she was currently using to search the area where the rumors had all originated from. It didn’t take long for the crow to come across the rather horrifying forest of flesh and bone. Blood was everywhere and likely just the sight of it would be enough to send a farmer into a state of panic, let alone the smell. The next question now that the rumors had been substantiated... What was the source of all this?

The ocean of blood gushes in waves, which seem to emanate from the center, which held a large fortress. Born of flesh and bone, the fortress held a frame of cobblestone, and it practically radiated energy. Soft murmurs pervaded the area, echoing from the trees, almost.. As if this forest were alive.

The crow continued its flight towards the fortress, taking in the gruesome sight before it. It could hear the sounds of a multitude of creatures, but couldn’t get a good look at any of them yet. Flying down towards the fortress, the crow was now only about thirty feet above it, capable of getting a good look at the structure and its surroundings. As it got closer to the ground, it was able to make out a few demons, a sight the crow normally would have fled from if it wasn’t under another’s control.
Grandma considered the scene before her. She knew this blood forest hadn’t been here for a long time or else she would have surely heard about it before. Something like this wasn’t built, but it could be created with magic, or in this case, corrupted. The demons could have been brought here by a summoner of some kind, but most summoners wouldn’t create a landscape straight out of hell. Everything she had seen thus far pointed towards a demonic incursion.

The corrupted land seemed to infect everything. The nature spirits that once resided in the forest were still living, albeit sluggishly. Their flesh was, instead of bark, was slimy akin to that of a slug. The clouds rained blood and disease, the soil however seemed to remain somewhat pure, despite being covered by the impurities and disruptions of nature. Even the wildlife was corrupted.
The wolves that once ruled the forest were now sluggish beasts of disease. It had the soft, sticky and mottled body of a pallid slug, webbed feet that flapped uselessly, a face of writhing tentacles, and a whip-tail growth that burst from its back and which waged constantly from side to side. Across their body were pus filled sacks, which seemed to occasionally burst when the creatures got excited. The wolves, if you could even call them that, seemed far more docile and playful. They surrounded a particularly pure looking dryad, slobbering the dryad with twisted affection. As she screamed, they seemed to lick more, in a frenzy. When they finally parted from her, she looked like a corpse, decaying with rot and blight.
The land reeked of powerful magic, corrupt and tainting the land. The fortress was guarded by two putrid abominations. Tall, with rippling, sinewy limbs. The 'guards' seemed to be covered in filth, just like the rest of the Haemorrhage, with eyes stuck in a perpetual state of decay. The androgynous guards seemed particularly bored, simply chatting with each other in a peculiar language, which not even Grandma could decipher, at least not well.

The wildlife, or what was left of it, was certainly rather unpleasing to look at. This forest wouldn’t ever be returning to a normal state without a thorough cleansing, although even if all this filth was burned away Grandma wasn’t sure if it would recover. Although she noted their corrupted state, Grandma didn’t have much interested in the wildlife, for they weren’t the source of this mess.
The pair of guards speaking in a foreign language did garner her attention. They were the first intelligent creatures she’d seen here that were likely to be related to the corruption here. Perhaps she could disrupt them a bit to see what they would do. Although her ability to do things from afar was very limited, she could still speak into the mind of the guards. Perhaps taking such an action would cause them to fetch a superior out of confusion.
As the crow continued to fly around the fortress, searching for anything else of note or ideally an entrance in, Grandma began directing her mind towards the guards. She didn’t say anything that actually meant anything, instead projecting whispers of gibberish into their mind. It was unlikely they could understand common, so she felt it would be more useful to attempt to set them on edge with these discomforting sounds.

The guards seemed somewhat on edge, but continued chatting casually. They did not seem overtly concerned by the gibberish. The fortress held several points of entry, including large windows with flowing blood in place of glass, and numerous doorways, but curiously, no actual doors that could be seen from outside.
