"Well done! Excellent!" Doobie comes closer to examine Luftballoon. This had been the 6th Stand he'd ever seen, and it was unique like each other. "Hm! It's similar to my own, being humanoid, it has an athletic physique, not overly powerful I imagine. Of course with you just recently obtaining it, it's power won't be very high, but as you grow as a person, Luftballoon will also grow."

Doobie smiles at Mina, "You've passed! Top marks, young apprentice. With practice you'll be able to bring out Luftballoon completely of your will."

"There are some possibilities. I will ask, have you been struck with an arrow-like thing? There's is a thing called the Spirit Dart which I am looking for, it makes Stands. Even in somebody who has no magical affinity whatsoever." Doobie asks about the Dart. "I do have a theory, it's starting to seem more plausible as I meet more stand users. Stands may be created from actual souls of dead people, bound to the body of a living being. You've said this Dirk fellow died saving you, what color was his skin?"

"When I was healing you, I noticed that on the left side of your body, around your side and back, there are patches of grey skin and there were char marks around the patches. I'm not absolutely certain, but I think it may be a plausible theory that this Dirk fellow's soul combined with you as you were in transit through the portal and has mutated into this new form as a combination of your two personalities." Doobie has his arms crossed holding his chin in one of his hands as he explains his theory further. "Uh, I hope I'm not upsetting you more, you've been through a lot in a short time frame."

"Ack!" Doobie caught Mina with his Stand and placed her on the bed. "I see, that may have been too much for her. I hope she'll be okay."

By the time Mina came to, Doobie would have brought in food for the both of them. Mina will also find that her cumbersome armor was removed.

"Yes yes, two souls. Training will be best on a satisfied stomach." Doobie noms into some peppered chicken. "*gulp* While you're eating I'll share with you my own experience of how I got my powers:

2 years ago I was a mundane, stupid Kobold like every other Kobold in the Moorlands. I was searching the dry plains for food when I found a dying magician. I arrived and our eyes met just as he passed. I went over to loot his body and upon touching him I felt a surge go through me. I inherited the magi's aptitude and talent, my intelligence had increased greatly, and I believe it is his soul that is inside me and is now Starman."

Doobie resumes eating.

"Ah! They've already given it to me while you were asleep!" Doobie jingles a sack of money! $$$ "Heehee!"

"The constable lost his leg, but he's alive! He can get a peg leg or something. Everyone is relieved they can grieve the dead in peace now. Hopefully things will return to normal here." Doobie gives a briefing on everything Mina may not know since her fainting spells. Then pulls out a florescent colored book, colored in crayon!

"After killing Kath Kul, while you were passed out, I searched his body and found this... ゴゴゴ(menacing), it's his 「diary」. It's filled with mostly disturbing things, I wouldn't suggest you reading it yourself, this man was quite 「unsavory」. Apparantly the jar he had with him contained 「brains」 from all his victims and he recorded the properties and differences of each brain. This also all seems to be written in 「crayon」, but he didn't have any crayons on him." Doobie shoes the notebook scribblings, there were some odd doodles on each page. He then starts flipping through the book. "But there was something useful in here, pertaining to my 「quest」. One month ago he wrote here,

'Today while I was at the 「Steelscape」, I bumped into a Katashiman man. I cursed at him and told him to watch himself, made fun of his hair, and started to walk away, next thing I knew I had been 「stabbed」. I looked down at my chest to see something that looked like an 「arrow」 head, but smaller and ornately decorated. Next the thing was pulled out through my back and I passed out. When I woke up, I discovered 「something」 was with me that wasn't there anymore. When I looked at it, it felt familiar, like we were family. It told me its name is 「Big Squeeze」 and that its a part of me.'

"So now it seems the one who carries the 「Dart」 and 「Atlatl」 stabbed this man with the 「Spirit Dart」 and made him into a 「Stand User」 like us. It was then that he began to kill more frequently. What's important here is that now my search parameters have thinned, I now know that I'm looking for a human male from Katashima, and supposedly he may have an unusual hair style. He was also last seen in the Steelscape." Doobie burns the book with magic. "Nothing else important written in here."

"I've never been there, but I've heard about it. It's in Isran territory. I've heard all sorts of dark characters lurk there. So when we do get there, we'll need to keep our wits about us. But in the mean time we can train." Doobie hands Mina the sack of money to hold onto, Doobie himself doesn't have much use for money except for buying stylish clothes and maybe a really nice meal. "Come with me, I have to meet back up with my mate and tell her where we're going next."

Doobie would exit the inn and head back toward Yee Hua Hua
