The standing monument in the northernmost corner of the city, where the highest circle of the aristocracy meet and a number of them live - as well as a number of slaves that wander the halls to tend to their masters. The compound is enclosed in a tall, heavy gate of cast iron black as night, and comprised of extensive gardens filled with a number of odd and dangerous flora, as well as the grand building itself.
