For The Premiere Isran Triathlon, the Oculus Solis Arena has been done up in grand fashion. The Imperial Flag flies from every available post, guards have shined their armor. Buskers are out in force, coaxing coins out of the crowd as best they can. The sound of drums undercuts the murmur of the crowd, and the smell of cheap, greasy food permeates the air.
